Saturday | 9am – 5pm

Sunday | 9am – 4pm

SPECIALITY COFFEE

All coffee beans in the world are rated from 0-100 on their quality with 0 being the lowest. Most cafés and coffee shops will use beans rated in the 60s & 70s. Speciality coffee is a term reserved for beans that are rated 80 and above. It has a much richer flavour because it’s grown at a higher altitude but this mountainous terrain makes it harder to harvest and it has to be picked by hand.

At Charlie & Ginger we only serve speciality coffee, supplied by our fantastic London based roaster - Ozone.

BARISTA MILK

Our milk is supplied by Brades Farm and has been created specifically for coffee. It contains additional protein which is ideal for steaming and getting that silky finish.

It also has a higher % of butterfat which makes it taste slightly sweeter, perfect for balancing against the flavour of our coffee.

ORGANIC LOOSE LEAF TEA

All of the tea we serve is from Joe's Tea Co who produce purely Organic loose leaf teas which are absolutely packed with flavour. We’ve got a range of options to try from the traditional Ever-so-English Breakfast to, our favourite, Feisty Turmeric Guru.
